Sun Salutations

Sun Salutations

 

Praise the sun, praise the light, praise the joy and the lord that is within you.

 

Step one: Stand in tadasana

Step two: Breathe in and lift arms up over your head

Step three: Breathe out and surrender down bringing your hands to the floor, knees slightly bent.

Step four: Breathe in- Take your right leg back (alternate every other with left and right)

Step five: Continue breathing in same breath as above Take you left leg back into plank or all fours

Step six: Exhale lowering down

Step seven: inhale into cobra

Step eight: exhale onto all fours

Step nine: inhale lift knees

Step ten: exhale downward

Step eleven: Inhale right then left forward

Step twelve exhale there bending your knees into a slight squat/chair

Step thirteen: inhale all the way up
