Sa-Ta-Na-Ma Meditation

Sa-Ta-Na-Ma Meditation:

 

Sound: Sa- means the beginning, birth, or start Mudra: Thumb to index

Sound: Ta- means life Mudra: Thumb to middle

Sound: Na- means death Mudra: Thumb to ring

Sound: Ma- rebirth Mudra: Thumb to pinky

Start out chanting the mantra out  loud for about 2 minutes, then transition to a whisper, then to quiet, then back up again.
